Billing Terms 

Engwalls currently has a database of over 20,000 customers.  This database includes both credit card and preferred customer accounts. 

We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  If placing or faxing an order, you are assured your credit card information will be secure.  Only our authorized personnel will have access to your account information.

All preferred customers receive an “Easy Order Card” with their name, address and Engwall Account number.  The availability of the Easy Order Card allows each customer to call 24 hours a day to place an order or make inquiries regarding an order or their account.  This is a very convenient way for customers to take care of their   floral and floral related needs. 

Each house account with an outstanding balance, receives a statement at the end of each month with a detailed summary of the current month’s activity.  At the customer’s request, we will also include copies of all open invoices.  Our professional staff is available seven days a week for any billing questions.  Our office staff is available six days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

 Delivery 

As a professional florist and greenhouse, Engwall’s offers proficient delivery services, throughout the entire Duluth and Superior area and outlying rural areas at reasonable rates.  Even across the state or country, through our wire service affiliation with FTD and Teleflora, we can have something delivered. 

Besides our regular daily delivery schedule, we offer morning deliveries, special deliveries within time restrictions and same day delivery, even if you order late.   Substitutions may be necessary due to availability.

Gift Packages 

“GIVE THE GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING” 

The gift package purchase is an excellent way to let someone you know, how much you think of them.  This one time purchase will enable you to send flowers or plants to your special person on five various occasions throughout the year.  This offer starts in  December of each year and continues for twelve months.
